I have changedreviews. Can I return my order?
The return of your order is accepted, provided that your request for withdrawal is made within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods.
For a smooth return and refund, please follow the instructions below (otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):
1. Write to us at customer.service@polaar.com indicating your contact details, the order number and the reference number of the item(s) concerned. From this date, you have 14 days to return the products to us (date of dispatch).
2. Check that all products are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.
3. Return the parcel, together with the delivery note received with your order, to the following address: 53 rue du Rocher, 75008 Paris.
