The confidentiality of your personal data

Payment Information

You may choose to register your payment details with Polaar to facilitate your payments. This information will be held securely by us and, if you wish to change or remove this information from your account, you can do so in the "My Account" section.

Communication and marketing

If you have made a purchase from our Website, we may occasionally keep you informed of new products, news and special offers by e-mail, regular mail and phone about products or services similar to the ones you have ordered. Nominative information on the Customer is collected by the Vendor for the purpose of processing and dispatching the Customer's order for Products and transmitted to Polaar for commercial purposes. This personal data is processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. Pursuant to articles 38 et seq. of the French Data Protection Act, customers have the right to access, rectify, delete or object to their personal data, which they may exercise by writing to the following address: Polaar, 53 rue du Rocher, 75008, Paris.

Furthermore, the Vendor will keep data relating to transactions on the Site within the limits of the provisions of law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978.
