The confidentiality of your personal data

Polaar is fully committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website, the "Site", and our customers. Payment Information

If you have made a purchase from our Website, we may occasionally keep you informed of new products, news and special offers, by email, post and phone about products or services similar to the products or services you have ordered. All Polaar members have the ability to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties by going to the Polaar Website, under the "Your Account" section, after you have registered and logged in. Personal information on the Customer is collected by the Seller in the context of and for the purpose of processing and sending the Customer's order for Products and transmitted to Polaar for commercial purposes. This personal data is processed in accordance with the French law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, known as the "Loi Informatique et Libertés". The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete or object to the data, in accordance with articles 38 and following of the Data Protection Act, which may be exercised by writing to the following address: Polaar, 53 rue du Rocher, 75008, Paris.

Furthermore, the Seller will keep the data relating to transactions on the Site within the limits of the provisions of law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978.
