What is an imperfect product? It's a product with a flaw in the packaging, but with the formula intact and still as good for the skin! Off-center decoration, clumsy welding, crumpled or discolored packaging - these products are discarded from our production lines because they don't meet our quality criteria. At Polaar, instead of throwing them away, we've decided to offer them to you! It's a great way to pamper yourself, discover new creams, save money and help the planet at the same time! We'll tell you all about this anti-waste operation and, above all, how to make the most of it.

You know our commitment to nature conservation and ecology.

First and foremost, this is reflected in the sourcing of our ingredients: our precious polar active ingredients are grown and harvested in a sustainable way, respecting local flora and fauna and following a strict charter. Our skincare products are vegan (they contain no ingredients of animal origin) and cruelty-free (they are not tested on animals). They are also inspired by the Arctic, but Made in France, to limit the impact of transport and produce as close to the consumer as possible!

To go even further and do even better: that's our daily motivation! A motivation that guides all our product developments. All our tubes are now made from a plastic called PCR (" Post-Consumer Recycled"). PCR packaging is made from post-consumer plastic waste - the world's largest waste stream! This gives packaging a second life and massively reduces the amount of plastic waste. Recycled packaging means one less piece of waste for the planet!

The Polaar brand was born in the heart of the polar landscapes, during Arctic expeditions that made us aware of the incredible richness of the earth and the need to preserve it day after day. So what could be more natural than to commit ourselves to protecting the environment? Since 2020, we've been supporting Expedition Glacialis, an association made up of young European scientists whose aim is to improve knowledge of the Arctic and produce freely accessible data in collaboration with as many stakeholders as possible. Assessing the impacts of climate change, developing innovative and reproducible scientific methods, raising awareness and promoting conservation of the marine environment as well as interdisciplinary collaborations... strong missions that are particularly close to our hearts.
